CLARE DUNN

Clare Dunn is a fearless performer, dazzling guitar-slinger and a powerfully emotive vocalist whose unique blend of country and rock references a wide range of trailblazing influences, while maintaining a sound that is uniquely hers. Born where the Oklahoma panhandle meets the sprawling Colorado countryside, Clare grew up driving silage trucks, combines, and eighteen-wheelers long before she was legally old enough to secure her learners permit. Clapton, Strait, The Stones, and The Eagles created the musical backdrop of her youth as she supported her family-owned farm and ranch in a part of the world where nothing comes without hard work and determination.

Clare relocated to Nashville in 2007 and quickly carved out her niche within a music scene that often expects too little from its female performers. Clare has contributed background vocals on a slew of recordings, including Luke Bryan’s smash "Country Girl (Shake It for Me)" and has established a crew of songwriting collaborators that includes multi-award winning hitmakers Terry McBride, Brice Long, Tommy Lee James, and more. Clare has spent the last few years touring, opening for the likes of Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Florida-Georgia Line, and Jamey Johnson.
